The citizens of the locality are looking forward to the approval of the Gold Coast Intra Regional Transport Corridor that will enable the suburbs of Gold Coast to be connected from Coomera all the way to Carrara. When you think you may have a Termite problem who do you call? Good question and a dilemma I’ve had for some time! Several weeks ago when I noticed some bad crack appearing in my house, I got very scared….I had read somewhere that’s often a sign of Termite activity. So I sprang into action! Where to start I wasn’t sure? Should I get a Pest Inspection just to check for Termites, or a full Building and Pest to find out what was causing the cracking? I knew from having purchased the house that a Building and Pest Inspection can get rather costly. But I knew I needed to start somewhere? I looked in the local paper and also on the Internet. Rang several firms that either didn’t get back to me or left confusing voice mail messages that didn’t give me much to go on…(all I wanted was a quote to compare and to find out what I would get for my money?)
